For Vida Fine Jewels – UAE Customers

At Vida Fine Jewels, we want you to feel completely confident and delighted with every purchase. While each piece is crafted with precision and care, we understand that circumstances may arise where returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with our quality standards.

A) Complimentary Annual Maintenance

To help preserve the beauty of your jewellery, Vida Fine Jewels offers one complimentary cleaning and inspection per year. This includes a basic polish and stone setting check.
Note: This service is only valid if no work has been carried out by third-party jewellers. Any alteration voids this benefit.

B) Return & Exchange Terms

1. Return Policy – 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee (In-Stock Items Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible, in-stock pieces (non-custom).

  • Jewellery must be unused, untampered, and in its original condition with all certificates and invoices.

  • A 5% restocking fee will apply, along with deductions for actual payment gateway and shipping costs incurred.

  • Once approved by our Quality Assurance team, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 business days.

  • Vida Fine Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Lifetime Exchange & Upgrade Policy

You may exchange or upgrade your Vida jewellery at any time.

  • 100% of metal value at prevailing market rates

  • 90% of diamond value (excluding making charges and VAT)

  • Making charges, VAT, and original discounts will be deducted from the credit offered

  • Damaged pieces, missing stones, or absent certificates will incur additional deductions

  • Maximum value eligible for exchange under this policy: AED 10,000

3. Buyback Policy

We offer a buyback option for eligible Vida jewellery.

  • 100% of metal value at current rates

  • 80% of diamond value at current market pricing

  • Deductions apply for missing certificates or excessive damage

  • Any promotional discounts from the original purchase will be adjusted from the buyback amount

  • Maximum applicable buyback value: AED 10,000

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Customised jewellery and special orders are not eligible for return or buyback.

  • However, they are covered under our Lifetime Upgrade Policy, subject to inspection.

5. Return & Shipping Guidelines

  • All returns must be shipped in secure packaging. A return shipping fee of 2% of product value or actual courier cost (whichever is lower) applies.

  • All original certificates must be returned. Missing certificates will incur a replacement fee.

  • Items altered by third-party jewellers are not eligible for return, exchange, or buyback.

Policy Amendments

Vida Fine Jewels reserves the right to update or revise this policy without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon publication on our website.
