Shipping Policy

For UAE Customers

At Vida Fine Jewels, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping terms and procedures:

Domestic Shipping – Within the UAE

  • Complimentary Delivery:
    We offer free express shipping across all Emirates in the UAE.

  • Delivery Time:
    In-stock pieces are typically delivered within 2–4 working days. Custom and made-to-order items may take 10–14 working days depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Secure Delivery Process:
    For insurance and verification purposes, our team may contact you to request a copy of a valid Emirates ID or valid ID prior to dispatch.
    The delivery will be handed over only to the verified recipient.

  • Shipment Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. Our logistics partner will coordinate directly with you for a smooth delivery experience.

  • No Rerouting After Dispatch:
    Once the shipment has left our facility, we are unable to reroute the parcel.

  • Insurance:
    All shipments are fully insured by Vida Fine Jewels during transit. Your peace of mind is our priority.

  • Upon Delivery:
    Please inspect the parcel immediately before signing any receipt or releasing the courier. If you suspect any tampering or damage, inform us immediately via phone or email.

  • Gifting or Surprises:
    Planning a surprise or gifting the item? Let us know in advance, and we’ll discreetly coordinate the delivery while keeping your secret safe.

Reverse Pick-Up (Returns/Exchanges)

If you're eligible for a return or exchange and unable to arrange drop-off:

  • Reverse pick-up is available across the UAE upon request.

  • A nominal return shipping fee of AED 75–150 may apply depending on your location.

  • Remote area pickups will be charged at actual courier costs. Please check with us before scheduling.

International Shipping

For International orders please check with us the country for shipping. Vida Fine Jewels can ship to USA, UK, Australia, India, Germany, Switzerland and Canda. Other countries are dependent on our logistics partner. In general, the transit timeline would be 10-15 working days to Australia, USA, UK and most of Europe where shipping is possible. For all international shipments, a minimum order value is required. 

Secured shipping charges vary based on the country usually starting from US$275 to $500. Plus, customs/import duty between 7-20% is applicable which is specific to each country. 

Please importantly note international shipments are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

Once the product is sold and delivered, it cannot be repaired. The package is secured and insured. International orders are shipped by DHL, FEDEX, and ARAMEX. Please reach out to us to check the possibility and charges for your country.
